F. Line Service. (§V.3).
The Port of Newport has contracted with Pasha Stevedoring to provide line service at the terminal. Those not exempted from lines service at the terminal are required to contact Pasha Stevedoring to arrange lines service, and to attain quotes. Rate schedule per hour, minimum 2 hours required.

G. Labor
Users of the terminal will be directed to stevedoring services for labor needs that are above and beyond the Port’s currently assigned staff. While the Port has a contract with Pasha Stevedoring for lines service, any stevedore may be used for other labor.
H. Water, City rate + % Fee 7.50%
