BIDDER AGREEMENT

I understand that if I am the “Winning Bidder” for any of the items listed below, I will be notified and invoiced for the total amount of my purchase within 24 bours of the auction, and that my payment is due upon notification. If the Port of Newport cannot reach me within 7 business days of the auction, I understand that the credit card I have listed below will be charged for the total amount due. I further understand that auction item purchases are "as-is, and where is". All Port of Newport auction items are subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Sale."

Terms and Conditions of Sale

The sale of all property is "As is, and where is" and there are no representations by the lien claimant as to condition of the property or its title. Any persons wishing to inspect the property prior to the sale may do so my contacting the individual listed on the public notice. In addition to the sales price, at the time of sale moorage or storage for the property is due if the property is to be kept on Port premises. If the property is to be removed from Port premises, moorage/storage fees will accrue at the current published daily rate until property is removed from Port premises and will be charged to the credit card listed on the bidder agreement. If the sale item is removed on the date of the sale, no moorage or storage fees will accrue.
